The film follows Popeye's journey as he returns to his seaside hometown to protect the village from the threat of Bluto, a fierce pirate seeking to seize the land and exploit its hidden treasures. Olive Oyl (played by Margot Robbie), Popeye’s love interest, gets caught in the conflict when Bluto kidnaps her to force Popeye into surrendering everything.
